- Cardinal Claudio Hummes O.F.M., archbishop of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
- Cardinal Telesphore Placidus Toppo, archbishop of Ranchi, India.
- His Beatitude Michel Sabbah, patriarch of Jerusalem of the Latins.
- Rabbi Israel Singer, president of the International Jewish Committee on Inter-religious Consultations, accompanied by Edgar Bronfman, president of the World Jewish Congress.
This evening he is scheduled to receive in audience Cardinal Crescenzio Sepe, prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples.
