- Archbishop Alcides Mendoza Castro of Cuzco.
- Archbishop Luis Sanchez-Moreno Lira of Arequipa.
- Archbishop Hector Miguel Cabrejos Vidarte of Trujillo.
- Community of the Pontifical Ecclesiastical Academy.
- Cardinal Armand Gaetan Razafindratandra, archbishop of Antananarivo, Madagascar.
