- Bishop Michael Praphon Chaicharoen of Surat Thani.
- Bishop Louis Chamniern Santisukniram of Nakhon Sawan.
- Two prelates of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of Myanmar:
- Archbishop Gabriel Thohey Mahn Gaby of Yangon.
- Archbishop Alphonse U Than Aung of Mandalay.
