- Archbishop Anatole Milandou of Brazzaville, apostolic administrator of Kinkala.
- Bishop Herve Itoua of Ouesso.
- Bishop Ernest Kombo of Owando.
- Bishop Jean-Claude Makaya Loembe of Pointe-Noire.
