- Bishop Roger Francis Crispian Hollis of Portsmouth, England. - Bishop Raymond Roussin S.M., of Victoria, Canada.
- Bishop Antons Justs of Jelgava, Latvia.
- Bishop Charles Caruana of Gibraltar.
- Bishop William Kenney C.P., auxiliary of Stockholm, Sweden.
