of Mercedes, Uruguay, first deputy president; Archbishop Jose
Belisario da Silva of Sao Luis do Maranhao, Brazil, second deputy
president; Bishop Juan Espinoza Jimenez, auxiliary of Morelia,
Mexico, secretary general; Cardinal Jose Luis Lacunza Maestrojuan,
bishop of David, Panama, president for economic affairs; and Fr.
Leonidas Ortiz Losada, adjunct secretary general.
