- Archbishop Paschal Topno, S.J., of Bhopal.
- Bishop George M. Anathil, S.V.D., of Indore.
- Archbishop Nikola Eterovic, apostolic nuncio in Ukraine.
- Archbishop Antonio Mennini, representative of the Holy See in the Russian Federation.
