- Bishop Hector Luis Gutierrez Pabon of Engativa.
- Bishop Luis Gabriel Romero Franco of Facatativa.
- Bishop Enrique Sarmiento Angulo of Fontibon.
- Bishop Hector Julio Lopez Hurtado, S.D.B. of Girardot.
- Bishop Fabian Marulanda Lopez, emeritus of Florencia, secretary general of the Episcopal Conference of Colombia.
