- Ilir Meta, prime minister of Albania, accompanied by his wife and an entourage.
- Six prelates of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of Myanmar, on the occasion of their "ad limina" visit:
- Archbishop Matthias U Shwe of Taunggyi.
- Bishop Abraham Than of Kengtung, with Auxiliary Bishop Peter Louis Caku.
- Bishop Gregory Taik Maung, apostolic administrator "sede plena" of Pyay.
- Bishop Paul Zinghtung Grawng of Myitkyina.
- Bishop Isaac Danu of Taungngu.
