- Archbishop Fernando R. Capalla of Davao.
- Bishop Antonio Ledesma, prelate of Ipil.
- Bishop Martin S. Jumoad, prelate of Isabela.
- Bishop Warlito I. Cajandig, apostolic vicar of Calapan.
