The Holy Father has proceeded with the replacement of Bishop Rogelio
Ricardo Livieres Plano of Ciudad del Este, Paraguay, appointing
Bishop Ricardo Jorge Valenzuela Rios of Villarrica del Espiritu Santo
as apostolic administrator Sede Vacante.
