Vatican City, 8 September 2014 (VIS) –
The Holy Father has accepted the resignation from the pastoral care
of the archdiocese of Armagh, Ireland, presented by Cardinal Sean
Baptist Brady, upon reaching the age limit. He is succeeded by
Archbishop Eamon Martin, formerly coadjutor of the same diocese.
