Congregation for Bishops.
- Fr. Jose Gabriel Funes, S.J.,
director of the Vatican Observatory, accompanied by Fr. Jozef Marian
Maj, S.J., deputy managing director.
- Bray Barnes, president of the
International Catholic Conference of Scouting, accompanied by Roberto
Cociancich and Rev. Jacques Gagey.
