- Bishop Hubert Herbreteau of Agen.

- Bishop Herve Gaschignard of Aire et Dax.

- Bishop Marc Aillet of Bayonne.

- Bishop Michel Mouisse of Perigueux.

- Cardinal Stanislaw Rylko, president of the Pontifical Council for the Laity.
