Peter Holiday of the clergy of the archdiocese of Johannesburg, South Africa, pastor of Our Lady of the Wayside in Maryvale, as bishop of Kroonstad (area 30,248, population 946,000, Catholics 87,230, priests 19, religious 14), South Africa. The bishop-elect was born in Durban, South Africa in 1952 and ordained a priest in 1992.
