Carlos Manuel Escribano Subias, pastor and episcopal vicar in Zaragoza, Spain, as bishop of Teruel y Albarracin (area 11,867, population 94,150, Catholics 90,375, priests 128, religious 146), Spain. The bishop-elect was born in Carballo, Spain in 1964 and ordained a priest in 1996.
