- Bishop Roberto Amadei of Bergamo, accompanied by Auxiliary Bishop Lino Bortolo Belotti.
- Bishop Giulio Sanguineti of Brescia, accompanied by Auxiliary Bishop Francesco Beschi.
- Bishop Diego Coletti of Como.
