- Bishop Menghisteab Tesfamariam M.C.C.I., of Asmara, accompanied by Bishop emeritus Zekarias Yohannes.
- Bishop Thomas Osman O.F.M. Cap., of Barentu, accompanied by Bishop emeritus Luca Milesi O.F.M. Cap.
- Bishop Kidane Yebio of Keren.
