VATICAN CITY, JUN 8, 2005 (VIS) - The Holy Father appointed Msgr. Romuald Kaminski of the clergy of Warszawa-Praga, Poland, diocesan chancellor, as auxiliary of Elk (area 11,000, population 440,000, Catholics 425,000, priests 300, religious 202), Poland. The bishop-elect was born in Janowka, Poland, in 1955 and ordained to the priesthood in 1981.
