- Archbishop Michael Augustine of Pondicherry and Cuddalore.
- Bishop Jude Gerald Paulraj of Palayamkottai.
- Bishop Antony Devotta of Tiruchirapalli.
- Bishop Peter Remigius of Kumbakonam.
- Cardinal Crescenzio Sepe, prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples.
