- Bishop Thomas McMahon of Brentwood.
- Bishop Michael Charles Evans of East Anglia.
- Bishop Kevin John Patrick McDonald of Northhampton.
- Bishop Malcolm Patrick McMahon, O.P., of Nottingham.
