- Archbishop Jozef Michalik of Przemysl of the Latins, Poland.
- Archbishop Jozef Miroslaw Zycinski of Lublin, Poland.
- Bishop Aleksander Kaszkiewicz of Grodno, Belarus.
- Bishop Jan Pawel Lenga, M.I.C., of Karaganda, Kazakhstan.
- Bishop Antoni Pacyfik Dydycz, O.F.M. Cap., of Drohiczyn, Poland. - Msgr. Jan Krucina, professor, Faculty of Theology of Wroclaw, Poland.
