- Archbishop Michel Malo of Antsiranana, Madagascar.
- Bishop Nestor Ngoy Katahwa of Kolwezi, Democratic Republic of the Congo.
- Bishop Edmond Jitangar of Sarh, Chad.
- Bishop Gilles Cazabon, O.M.I., of Saint-Jerome, Canada.
