Michel Mouisse, diocesan administrator of Albi, France, as auxiliary bishop of Grenoble (area 7,467, population 1,017,000, Catholics 802,000, priests 356, permanent deacons 20, religious 942), France. The bishop-elect was born in Mazamet, France, in 1939 and ordained a priest in 1966.
