- Archbishop Lorenzo Baldisseri, apostolic nuncio in Paraguay.
- Archbishop Josef Kowalczyk, apostolic nuncio in Polonia.
- Archbishop Francesco Marchisano, president of the Pontifical Commission for the Cultural Patrimony of the Church and the Pontifical Commission for Sacred Archeology with Fr.
