- Three prelates of the Episcopal Conference of Costa Rica, on the occasion of their "ad limina" visit:
- Bishop Jose Francisco Ulloa Rojas of Limon.
- Bishop Angel San Casimiro Fernandez of Ciudad Quesada.
- Bishop Hugo Barrantes Urena of Puntarenas.
