- Bishop Mario Eusebio Mestril Vega of Ciego de Avila.
- Bishop Carlos Jesus Patricio Baladron Valdes of Guantanamo-Baracoa.
- Bishop Dionisio Garcia Ibanez of Santisimo Salvador de Bayamo y Manzanillo.
- Bishop Marcelo Arturo Gonzalez Amador of Santa Clara.
