  1. Deficient Bishop like Mar Mathew Vaniakizhakkel also will be removed for his mismanagements? In his ten years 3 diocesan priests and 1 religious priest had to leave the diocese and precious priestly life as the outcome of affliction given to them by the diocesan curia members with him. Challenging the laity and simple priests, siding the corrupt-majority, he is still bishop of the syro-malabar Catholic Church. In his tenure as provincial of the congregation was not anything other than this. The unquestioned power of the bishop is tolerated and honored by woman religious and priests who are after survival values. In his time the number of priests though increased evangelization motif has become almost Nil. The number of registered civil cases and existing catholic families disinterest for the church has multiplied. The number of the catholic is still 3000 since long time. With some handicapped but defensive reports the diocese is safeguarded and unquestioned by the hierarchy. Fathers are made redundant from their basic office as priest. Constant un-canonic appointments and dirty punishment to simple priests has reached its zenith. Many Catholics of the parishes, after prolonged patience, are searching God experience either in superstitious practices, or in protestant pastors who are search an opportunity to surmount the catholic families. It is said, some diocesan priests are under attack to save their basic human dignity. They are between extreme shame and survival. Even those priests are not given an opportunity to join other dioceses of the universal church like in pastoral care of the migrants of the same rites in other parts of the world and metro cities of India where a parish can contain the diocesan catholic population. According to the diocesan directory published in 2008, there are 66 (now it must be more) priests are posted in the diocese. It is crucial ratio when other parts of the world, the diocese are suffering for scarcity of priests.
He is a best money making bishop, so no worry to the curia
He never feels comfortable with canon law, the church discipline!!!
He sides with majority, justice he doesn’t know.
It is his hobby to punish the subordinates without proof and see them suffering. It is his trill. It is his joy.
He is ready to spear any amount to be simple (poor style) as with some other V.C’s moto.
He speaks and shares less with his own priests. He cannot find comfortable with the priest community with whom he is called to live and lead. He is an aficionado of many diviner-women and man of anti-ecclesial existence. They guide him what to do and how to go around. Reiki was his power.
