- Bishop Stephen Lepcha of Darjeeling.
- Bishop Salvadore Lobo of Baruipur.
- Bishop Joseph Suren Gomes, S.D.B., of Krishnagar.
- Bishop Alphonsus Flavian D'Souza, S.J., of Raigang.
