- Bishop Peter Doyle of Northampton.
- Bishop Malcolm Patrick McMahon of Nottingham.
- Bishop Hlib Lonchyna M.S.U., apostolic administrator of the apostolic exarchate for Ukrainian faithful of Byzantine rite resident in Great Britain.
