Enrique Eguia Segui, pastor of the parish of "Nuestra Senora de la Esperanza" in Buenos Aires, Argentina, as auxiliary of the archdiocese of Buenos Aires (area 203, population 2,815,000, Catholics 2,578,000, priests 878, permanent deacons 6, religious 2,352). The bishop-elect was born in Buenos Aires in 1962 and ordained a priest in 1988.
