VATICAN CITY, MAR 4, 2005 (VIS) - Fr. Raniero Cantalamessa, O.F.M.Cap., preacher of the papal household, delivered the second Lenten sermon to heads of dicasteries and other members of the Roman Curia and Pontifical Family at 9 this morning in the Redemptoris Mater Chapel.
The theme of Fr. Cantalamessa's reflections this year is "O memoriale 'Mortis Domini' (O Memorial of my Savior Dying). Reflections on the Eucharist in the Light of 'Adoro te devote'." Today's meditations were on the Eucharist as memorial and communion.
