- Fr. Ricardo Garcia Garcia, director of the Center of the Society of the Holy Cross for Abancay, Cuzco and Arequipa, Peru as bishop-prelate of Yauyos (area 15,516, population 330,707, Catholics 291,000, priests 41, religious 54), Peru. Bishop-elect Garcia was born in 1955 in Lima, Peru, and was ordained a priest in 1983.
- Msgr. Javier Augusto Del Rio Alba, vicar general of the diocese of Callao, Peru and rector of the major diocesan seminary as auxiliary for the same diocese (area 73,820, population 900,000, Catholics 830,000, priests 99, permanent deacons 12, religious 163) in Peru.
