VATICAN CITY, MAY 11, 2004 (VIS) - On Friday, May 14 at 11:30 a.m. in the Holy See Press Office, an instruction by the Pontifical Council for the Pastoral Care of Migrants and Itinerant Peoples entitled "Erga migrantes Caritas Christi" (Christ's charity toward migrants) will be presented. Cardinal Stephen Fumio Hamao, Archbishop Agostino Marchetto and Fr. Michael Blume, S.V.D., respectively president, secretary and undersecretary of this dicastery, will participate in the press conference.
