- Archbishop Gaudencio B. Rosales of Manila, diocesan administrator of Lipa, accompanied by Auxiliary Bishop Jose Paala Salazar, O.P.

- Bishop Jose F. Oliveros.

- Bishop Antonio Palang, S.V.D., apostolic vicar of San Jose in Mindoro.
