- Bishop Jesus Moraza Ruiz de Azua, O.A.R., prelate of Labrea.
- Bishop Sergio Eduardo Castriani, C.S.Sp., prelate of Tefe.
- Bishop Miguel Esteban Hesayne, emeritus of Viedma, Argentina.
