- Bishop Cristiano Jakob Krapf of Jequie.
- Bishop Alano Maria Pena of Nova Friburgo.
- Bishop Elias James Manning of Valenca.
- Bishop Jose Ubiratan Lopes of Itaguai.
- Fr. Luiz Costanzo Bruno, diocesan administrator of Nova Iguacu.
