- Bishop Antonio Arregui Yarza of Ibarra, apostolic administrator of Tulcan.
- Bishop Climaco Jacinto Zarauz Carrillo of Azogues.
- Bishop Miguel Angel Aguilar Miranda of Guaranda.
- Community of the Abbey of Heiligenkreuz, Austria.
- Cardinal Francis Arinze, president of the Pontifical Council for Inter-religious Dialogue.
