He gave his blessing to the transfer, also carried out in accordance with the canons of the Synod of Bishops of the Ukrainian Church, of Bishop Irynej Bilyk O.S.B.M., auxiliary of Ivano-Frankivsk of the Ukrainians, to the new eparchy.
